A changing industry
Security is no longer only hardware and software. The new value is built on data, automation and operational intelligence.
Official Certification Program for Technology Synergy Architects
Designed for experienced integrators ready to move from system integration to operational intelligence.
The industry is no longer limited to hardware and software. Today, the value lives in data, automation and operational intelligence.
Security is no longer only hardware and software. The new value is built on data, automation and operational intelligence.
Netsocs Synergy helps you understand how to move from isolated systems to connected operations under a single intelligence layer.
The goal is to elevate experienced integrators into Technology Synergy Architects who design intelligent, connected, business-driven operations.
This certification combines theory, architecture, operation, automation and real hands-on practice.
This certification is designed for technology integrators, solution architects, project designers, technical project managers, pre-sales engineers, implementation leaders and experienced professionals who already understand multiple systems and want to move to the next level: from connecting technologies to orchestrating intelligent operations.
The market is no longer rewarding professionals who only connect devices. The new opportunity belongs to those who can connect systems, data, people, processes and business outcomes. NSCA helps experienced integrators understand how Netsocs Synergy becomes the central intelligence layer between isolated technologies and intelligent operations.
A.T.O.X transforms isolated events into contextual, intelligent and automated operational actions.
Event → Contextual analysis → Multiple intelligent actions.
Most clients already have cameras, alarms, access control, IoT, BMS and software platforms. The problem is not the lack of technology. The real challenge is the lack of convergence. A certified Netsocs integrator can identify where systems are isolated, where data is underused and where automation can create measurable operational value.
Because this is an online certification, each participant must bring discipline and focus. Treat it as a practical certification — not as a passive webinar.
Reserve exclusive, uninterrupted time for each session.
Avoid distractions during the class.
Review the material before each section.
Complete the assigned practices within the established time.
Participate actively and ask the instructor questions.
Take advantage of direct access to the Netsocs engineering team during the experience.
Participants who do not engage, do not practice, or do not consult during the sessions will miss an important part of the experience.
Seven modules take the participant from paradigm shift to certified partner, blending architecture, operation, security and real practice.
Purpose: Understand Netsocs disruption in the current ecosystem.
Purpose: Understand the DNA and processing logic behind the platform.
Purpose: Master technical deployment and system security.
Purpose: Expert navigation and configuration of operational modules.
Purpose: Apply knowledge in a high-demand scenario.
Purpose: Guarantee integrator autonomy.
Purpose: Inspire and project the roadmap of the community.
A clean, layered view of how systems, drivers, services, databases, monitoring and operation connect. Same concept and layers as the official architecture diagram.
The core of the system, which exposes APIs, processes information, and encapsulates the business logic.
Responsible for data storage and persistence. It uses a combination of relational databases, NoSQL and messaging systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
Provides full-stack observability by collecting metrics, logs and traces. It enables alert management for proactive failure response and continuous performance optimization.
Components such as drivers, desktop software and mobile applications that connect to the service layer to consume its functionalities.
Web, mobile and desktop applications designed for direct user interaction, which access the system's services.
The physical environment where hardware devices are deployed and operational.
Software components that act as intermediaries, enabling bidirectional communication between physical devices and the service layer.
Conceptual representation kept faithful to the official Netsocs Synergy architecture diagram.

Prepare and review your completed practice before sending it to the instructor.
NSCA is not approved by attendance alone. Participants must demonstrate technical judgment, operational understanding and the ability to translate a business or operational need into a logical configuration inside Netsocs Synergy.
Passing the certification is a professional standard: it confirms that a certified integrator can design, configure and defend an intelligent operation — not simply attend the sessions.
To earn the certification, the participant must demonstrate:
Missing evaluations, not completing practical activities or not participating actively may compromise approval and limit the learning experience.
Each section keeps a minimum of two business days between sessions. That space exists to allow study, practice, review and preparation.
The goal is to avoid an accelerated experience without real retention. The instructor will define the final calendar based on the group.
Become the professional who helps clients stop operating disconnected systems and start building intelligent, measurable and scalable operations.
Netsocs Synergy forms a new generation of integrators oriented toward operational efficiency, data and automation.
