If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. Netsocs is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit, post, or display through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Netsocs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, and display your User Content solely for providing and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Services require payment. By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide accurate billing and payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals
• Pay any applicable taxes

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Upon cancellation, you will lose access to paid features but may continue using free features if available.

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Netsocs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission. All other trademarks not owned by Netsocs that appear on the Services are the property of their respective owners.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. Netsocs is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETSOCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NETSOCS' TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NETSOCS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Netsocs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or applicable laws
• Could harm Netsocs or other users
• Exposes Netsocs to liability

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration association in the jurisdiction where Netsocs is registered.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Netsocs is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
